Well, Phoenix has had a bit of excitement today. It isn’t everyday that the President of the United States  Barack Obama comes to deliver the commencement address at ASU. 71,000 people attended the ceremony at Sun Devil Stadium, and the town has been prepping for great entertainment and showcasing. Prior to 2007 only a commissioned military officer could administer the oath. Now the president, vice president and secretary of defense can do so – and being commissioned by the president is pretty rare!
